Please be aware that Florida Neurology does charge a no-show fee if you cancel an appointment with less than 48-hours advance notice. The fee for missing a scheduled office visit is $75 and the fee for any missed procedures is $100. Please take into consideration that missing a scheduled appointment trivializes the time of our doctors and staff––time which may have otherwise been spent treating another patient.
Along with our three office locations, our physicians and physician’s assistants also see patients at our three affiliated hospitals: Central Florida Regional Hospital in Sanford, Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City, and Florida Hospital Waterman in Tavares.
